We only offer Therapy that is specifically recommended for the problems you are experiencing.  This means we aim to quickly understand problem areas and your hopes for Therapy.  Our goal is to help you achieve those results as quickly as possible and to feel better.

Unlike many other clinics, our Cognitive Behavioural Therapists only practice evidence based psychotherapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and EMDR, a significant point that differentiates our clinics.

We will ensure that prior to providing treatment, you fully understand the nature of the problems you are experiencing so that you can make an informed choice regarding your treatment options.  Where appropriate, we are also able to arrange medical reviews and psychiatric support if this would be helpful.

OUR COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPISTS

Our Cognitive Behavioural Therapists and Psychologists are highly qualified and experienced in providing compassionate, friendly and effective treatment for a range of emotional and physical difficulties.  Many have backgrounds of working within the NHS or practice privately with us whilst maintaining their involvement in the NHS or teaching institutions.  In fact, Dynamic You currently also provides clinical services directly to NHS Trusts.

Our Cognitive Behavioural Therapists all maintain clinical registrations with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) or Health Professions Council (HPC), meaning that our team are qualified and experienced in working with a wide range of difficulties safely and effectively and quickly.

We realise that Therapy should enhance your life and be convenient to receive.  That is why we have clinics in London and across the UK that offer a wide range of flexible appointment times to suit your needs.  We are also able to offer home visit Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

COST EFFECTIVE

We want to ensure that you benefit from treatment as quickly as possible and realise that therapy can be a significant investment.  That is why during an initial assessment session with us we will provide you with an estimate of the number of sessions that you are likely to require, based on clinical guidelines (National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence), together with our extensive experience of working with clients that have encountered similar problems to you.

As a guideline, many problems can be approached in around 8-16 sessions.
