Lesley has many years experience in working with emotional wellbeing and is a senior member of the Dynamic You team.
For the previous 7 years Lesley has been accredited as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and has worked at senior levels in the NHS in both England and Wales where she has managed a number of large services – including being responsible for access to psychological therapy services in large parts of south Wales.
Prior to specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Lesley’s core background was in psychiatric nursing through which she won a number of prestigious awards for service management and design.
Lesley is accredited by the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and holds a special interest in working with long term emotional problems.
